The Lilypad Lounge is a non-custodial swap interface. This means:

• We never have access to your private keys or funds
• All transactions are signed locally in your Phantom wallet
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet
• We cannot recover lost funds or reverse transactions

2. No Warranty

This service is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We disclaim:

• Any guarantee of uptime or availability
• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy of price quotes or routing
• Results of any swap or transaction

3. Fees and Costs

• All fees are clearly displayed before you approve a transaction
• You are responsible for any network fees (SOL) required
• Additional fees may apply: Jupiter routing fees, Pond0x referral fees, and optional community fees
• Fees are subject to change based on third-party services

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Lilypad Lounge, its creators, and operators are not liable for:

• Loss of funds due to user error, phishing, or security breaches
• Impermanent loss or price volatility
• Network congestion or blockchain failures
• Software bugs or errors in routing
• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

5. Pond0x Rewards & Swap Tracking

Important: Swaps on The Lilypad Lounge are not guaranteed to earn rewards on Pond0x or be counted in your swap manifest. Eligibility thresholds may vary depending on Pond0x's updates and policies. This is entirely out of our control.

• Pond0x referral rewards are governed by Pond0x's own terms and conditions
• We are not responsible for the distribution or eligibility of Pond0x rewards
• Reward eligibility is determined by Pond0x, not by this tool
• Check pond0x.com for your reward status and eligibility
• Token pairs marked with ⭐ have been tested with some success in being tracked by Pond0x
• Currently confirmed: hSOL → SOL swaps have been successfully tracked
• Other pairs (USDC, USDT, etc.) are subject to change based on Pond0x's tracking criteria
• No warranty: We make no promises that any swap will count towards your Pond0x manifest, regardless of pair

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use this service in any jurisdiction where it's prohibited by law
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise the service
• Use automated tools to manipulate prices or routing

7. Development & Changes

Version 1.0.0 is currently in development.

• This tool is subject to change without prior notice
• Features may be added, removed, or modified
• We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the service at any time
• Always review the latest version before using

8. Third-Party Services

This tool relies on third-party services:

• Jupiter: DEX aggregation and routing
• Phantom: Wallet provider
• Solana Network: Blockchain infrastructure
• Pond0x: Referral tracking and rewards

We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or terms of these third-party services.

9. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Verifying all transaction details before signing
• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• Understanding the risks of cryptocurrency and DeFi
• Complying with local laws and regulations
• Tax obligations related to your transactions

10. Jurisdiction & Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes should be resolved through arbitration or appropriate legal channels in your jurisdiction.
